Required:
- You must be pre-qualified in writing by SpamLion, Inc. prior to purchasing the product.
Inquire here and ask for a 30-day guarantee prequalification by SpamLion, Inc.
Note: Resellers can not pre-qualify you for this offering; any Reseller-direct offering must be resolved between you
and the Reseller you get the offer from, as SpamLion, Inc. is not party to such special arrangements.
- The refund will come from the Reseller you made payment to, as indicated on the signed pre-authorization form.
- The extent of the refund, which may include Reseller services, will be stated on the signed pre-authorization form.
- The reseller must sign the pre-authorization form and SpamLion, Inc. receive and approve it prior to sale to be valid.
- Use, issuance, or creation of a permanent (commercial/non-expiring) license to the Reseller or Customer voids this offer.
To use this offer, the permanent license can only be requested/issued after the 30 day satisfaction period is complete.
- Use or issuance of a prior trial/temporary/evaluation license voids this offer. This offer is only for those who are
pre-qualified and buy first, rather than try first.
- The product must be verified by SpamLion, Inc. as having been properly installed in a production environment,
and enabled to protect at least 10% of the customer's staff or 50 people. The product must have actually be
used in a production environment.
