Evaluation Questions

Q: How can we evaluate the software?

A: Most Resellers can offer a free, fully-functional trial/evaluation license; however, such offers are dependant on individual resllers, as consulting, planning, installation, and support services are generally not freely included.

Q: What is the difference between evaluation software and purchased software?

A: There is no difference in the software, just the license.  However, a company running on a 30-day money back gaurantee license will have a license that will expire after a certain number of days. The customer has until the end of the 30-day period to request a refund or a permanent license. Installation or support fees from SpamLion, Inc. are non-refundable.

Q: What happens if I request a permanent license and then want a refund?

A: Once a permanent license has been issued there are aboslutely no refunds from SpamLion, Inc.
