Licensing / Purchasing
Q: How much does the SpamLion Gateway cost?
A: Suggested retail price varies, based on the number of
protected mailboxes purchased, software maintenance and installation services
desired. A 100-user license is less than $25 per user for software &
license. Please contact a reseller for
a more accurate quote.
Q: Is the price a yearly fee or one-time cost?
A: The Gateway software and license fees are purchases, not
reoccurring fees or subscriptions.
Software Maintenance from SpamLion, Inc. lasts one year and may be
renewed annually. Click Here
to learn more about Software Maintenance.
Q: How do I buy the SpamLion Sender Validation Gateway?
A: The software can be purchased through any of our
resellers. A list of resellers is
available on our website at http://www.SpamLion.com/Purchase.
Q: Can I buy direct from SpamLion, Inc.?
A: SpamLion, Inc. does not sell directly, only through authorized resellers.
Q: Do I need to purchase seats for aliased addresses?
A: Licensing only counts primary addresses to be protected.
Q: What happens if the company needs additional mailboxes
(primary addresses) or domains protected?
A: If your company
outgrows it’s current seating license, you can purchase a new license by paying
just for the additional seats needed.
Additional domains can be added to an existing license for a small
processing fee.
Q: How many domains can I license?
A: SpamLion, Inc. requires that the company purchasing the
license owns all the domains on that license.
You cannot purchase a license with another company’s domain to “park”
it.
Q: Can I get a Trial or Evaluation License?
A: Some resellers can offer you a limited-time, fully functional license, both with and without support services.
Please ask for details, as most resellers charge for consulting/support services in addition to the free trial.
A list of resellers is available on our website at Find a Reseller.
Q: Can I get a refund if it doesn't work for us?
A: See the prior question. Also, please review a summary of our Purchase Policies.
