Q: What kind of support is included?
A: SpamLion Inc. provides online
documentation, manuals and Knowledge Base articles to customers free of charge.
For customers that require more
in-depth assistance SpamLion Inc. recommends contacting a reseller or a
networking consultant, or opening a paid support ticket with SpamLion, Inc.
directly.
The overwhelming majority of problems
reported to SpamLion, Inc. have been due to changes to the network or a failure
to follow recommendations in the documentation.
Q: What is included with Software Maintenance and how much does it cost?
A: A customer with current Software Maintenance is entitled
to download Service Packs and Software Upgrades to new versions free of
charge.
Software Maintenance also gives a 50% discount on Software
Support Tickets direct through SpamLion, Inc. (this does not apply to
installation or networking support).
Software Maintenance is 15% of the license fee and can be renewed
annually.
