levels of support to help with the planning, installation, operation, upgrade, and maintenance of your Internet connection and network systems.
Please Note: SpamLion Inc. offers support
ONLY for the SpamLion Gateway software itself.
Problems with other software/systems including Windows, IIS/SMTP, firewalls, other software loaded on the same server,
or networking issues will most likely be beyond the control of our staff, and therefore irresolvable.
When such is the case, Technical Service fees are not refundable when we determine the problem is external to our software,
and our staff may suggest contacting the appropriate source.
If unsure of the best source to contact first, please review "Where to Start",
then contact your networking consultant or reseller. If still unsure, we suggest having a current maintenance subscription,
and selecting the free email-based support choice available after you press "Continue" below.
